Sorry for the lack of posts these past two weeks! I’ve been working on some back end stuff….and I think I’ve stretched my non-tech brain as far as it can go. There are some exciting changes coming to The Unmeasured Scoop. Most notably, a makeover…yep, we’ve got a whole new look coming soon. So stay tuned!
In the mean time, I’ve been loving me some avocado recipes lately. The spring weather has inspired me to make fresh, healthy stuff around here. And did you know what a great substitute avocado is for mayo and butter?! Avocado has some great health benefits too… such as aiding in regulating blood sugar, providing high levels of fiber and the anti-oxidant “Glutathione” which boosts the body’s immune system.
