Every Saturday I sit down and plan out our family’s meals for the week. I’ve tried winging it and inevitably I drive our food budget through the roof. I cannot be trusted in a grocery store without a list. I get swept away by the Organic aisle and end up spending $100 over budget!
I thought to myself, there HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY! I developed 12 weeks worth of printable meal plans, grocery lists and recipes to make life easier for myself and it turns out other folks find them very useful too!
These meal plans include 6 meals + 1 leftover night (there are a few plans that only have 5 meals b/c 2 meals make leftovers). The meal plans feed our family of four (my husband is a big eater and we have a 5 and 2 year old). Our family eats mostly vegetarian simply because it’s cheaper and healthier so you will see a lot of vegetarian options.
